Chilewich and their extensive line of woven and tufted rugs also has such an attractive tabletop collection. Available at such stores as Sut la Table, Bloomingdales, crate and Barrel, the whole line is primarily contemporary in style, with some pieces neutral enough to coordinate with any interior.

Demir Wiliford takes a well-deserved seat in his Nomadic Trading Company booth at the NYNOW show at Javits. He poses in front of a vintage 1950’s rug which has been washed to be muted and the pile shorn down, to make the piece more subtle and supple.
Atolyia is showing their new colors for their wonderful cotton blankets. They come in 60″x96″, in herringbone, diamond patterns as well as solids and textured solids. They also have terrifically absorbent Pestemals in linen/ cotton blends in subtle, natural colors.
This is an example of NuLOOM’s mixed weave, mixed fibre rugs. In hemp and viscose in two colorways, this rug is made in India and comes in two sizes, 5×8 and 8×10. Kate Koesterer was kind enough to pose in front of this shimmery rust and looped natural hemp rug.
FabHabitat recently introduced a new line of cotton throws. They are quite nice in size for a throw, 50″x70″, and in a very drapey weight, in double face cotton. Made in India, FabHabitat is GoodWeave recognized. Suchin Gupta models a star patterned throw in royal blue and white.
